In some researches on the memory and cognitive functions, smokers get worse result than those who don’t. Plus, smoking can cause stroke and hypertension which can cause memory intrusion.

6. Socialize

Researches in Canada proved that lack of relationship with friends or family cause cognitive deterioration. Try to stimulate your brain by socializing. Meet as many people as you can.
